Maya & the Magic Ring

When nine-year-old Maya makes a wish on her grandmother’s ruby ring, she accidentally summons a mischievous genie who brings her playroom to life in a whirlwind of magic, music, and mayhem. As her wishes spiral out of control, Maya must learn how to fix the chaos she’s created—maybe with a little courage, a lot of heart, and the power of love.

Join us for this enchanting new family opera by composer Lori Laitman and California Poet Laureate and librettist Dana Gioia, who will be in attendance for this special presentation. Every program is a keepsake coloring book and comes with crayons, PLUS kids get a magical “treat” on the way out!
