Thank you so much to Arts OC for an incredible evening and your annual awards reception last night at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, where Lyric Opera OC was honored with an achievement award for Emerging Arts Organization of 2022. We are humbled and further motivated to contribute to OC’s vibrant arts community.

As our President and Founder, Diana Farrell, said in her acceptance speech: “We promise to continue to turn Opera on its ear…to tell provocative, exciting, meaningful… maybe even sexy stories through great music, theatrical art, and dance. Our commitment to you, our community, is to not only to continue sharing our love of the lyric theatre, but to nurture the gifts of the up-and-coming artists in our region.”
