This season, Lyric Opera of Orange County is launching The Ripple Effect Campaign, an ambitious effort to raise $75,000 by December.

$5K = Hansel & Gretel: Opera Encounter — Orange County families experience the magic of opera with a FREE community performance.

$10K = The First Classroom — Students at an underserved OC elementary school experience the excitement and wonder of live opera.

$15K = The Second Classroom — More students with barriers to arts education discover that how exciting, accessible, and just plain fun opera can be!

$25K = Next-Gen Masterclass — High-school singers receive professional coaching, mentorship, and the opportunity to perform for the community.

$35K = The Third Classroom — We bring a third free in-school performance to students with limited access to arts education.

$40K = The Fourth Classroom — A fourth underserved school receives a free performance from Lyric Opera OC Resident Artists.

$50K = Sensory-Friendly The Enchanted Pig — Families enjoy a welcoming and accessible way to experience our March mainstage production.

$65K = Student Tickets & Behind the Scenes — 50 local students and their families receive free tickets to Notes on Viardot, along with an exclusive discussion with the cast about college life, careers in the arts, and the journey from student to professional artist.

$75K = Emerging Artist Scholarship — One promising young artist receives a full scholarship for the 2027 Emerging Artist Studio Training Program, receiving one-on-one mentorship, multiple performance opportunities, a new professional audition package, and life-changing opportunities.
