Mezzo-Soprano Sarah-Nicole Carter has been hailed by the L.A. Times as “simply wonderful” and by San Diego Story as a “fiery mezzo-soprano”. SN originated the role of 2nd Frida in the 2022 premiere of El último sueño de Frida y Diego at San Diego Opera. Other SDO roles include Suor Dolcina in Suor Angelica,  the mezzo in the two-woman opera Ascension, Giovanna in Rigoletto, and Kate in Pirates of Penzance.

 Sarah-Nicole made her debut at the Kennedy Center performing La Lettre du jardinière  and her voice was featured in Netflix’s Chef’s Table. She has performed over 15 opera and musical theater roles in her long association with Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theater.  A specialist in comedic roles, Sarah-Nicole studied improvisation at the UCB Training Center and The Groundlings Theater & School. Baritone Eric Carter received his Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and his Bachelor of Music from DePauw University. He is a staff singer with the San Juan Capistrano Mission Basilica. He has performed with companies such as Colorado Opera, Berkeley Opera, College Light Opera, and Pocket Opera as well as numerous professional voice ensembles over the years.  For the past 15 years his day job has been producing video games. He currently resides in San Juan Capistrano with his beautiful and talented wife, two equally beautiful and talented daughters, and a small cadre of pets.

Soprano, Ashley Holguin, holds degrees from Fullerton College and Biola University. She now studies at Bob Cole Conservatory of Music as a Graduate Vocal Performance student. Biola credits include Don Giovanni (Act 1, Donna Anna), Pirates of Penzance (Ruth), and The Gondoliers (Duchess). Her most recent roles were in BCCM’s The Magic Flute as Pamina and their Opera Scenes production including, Albert Herring (Act 1, Scene 1) as Lady Billows. Ashley debuted with Lyric Opera OC as an Emerging Artist in their production of Orpheus in the Underworld, where she was named winner of the 2025 Mary Anne King Scholarship.

Andrea Church is an accomplished collaborative pianist and vocalist with a rich performance background and diverse credits collaborating in opera, theater, sacred music, chamber music, and choral works.  Andrea has served as a staff accompanist at USC (2022–2024), Utah Valley University (2017–2022), Brigham Young University (2021–2022), and Southern Utah University (2015–2016). At USC, she was the music director and accompanist for the Thornton Chamber Opera Scenes showcase in 2024. At UVU, Andrea worked as Music Director for the Musical Theater Department, where she directed Godspell, Cinderella Eats Rice and Beans, and co-wrote a jukebox musical version of Noises Off. She also assisted in the U.S. premiere of a new opera: Onesto by Nichola Giusti. She holds a Master’s of Music at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Music from Utah Valley University. 

Zoe Lesser is a director and choreographer working across theater, opera, and immersive experiences. Most recently she has worked with the cell, New Mexico Actors Lab, Firefly Theatre Group, and The Morgan-Wixson Theatre. She has assisted on productions at Denver Center Theatre Company, La Jolla Playhouse, and Steppenwolf Theatre Company. She is a 25/26 Artist-in-Residence at the cell and was a Directing Festival Artist at Opera Saratoga for their 2025 season. She is currently on Tap Dance Faculty at The Colburn School and is a founding member of The Exodus Ensemble in Santa Fe, NM.
