| October 25-27, 2024: The Menotti Radio Hour! Celebrate the spooky season and opera for the American airwaves in this double-bill production, featuring Menotti’s The Old Maid & The Thief, and The Medium. Our studio actors have a third story to tell as we see their private lives on full display in this fully staged production. |
| January 24 & 25, 2025: Puccini’s Suor Angelica Did you know this classic Italian tragedy made its world premier in the USA onstage at the Metropolitan Opera in 1918? Join us as we continue our Concert Opera Series with a semi-staged, (but completely gripping) performance of Suor Angelica. |
| January 31, 2025: WORLD PREMIERE of deRosa’s The Yellow Wallpaper With libretto by LOOC’s Diana Farrell and music by LA composer Brooke deRosa, Lyric Opera OC makes its Carnegie Hall debut with this thrilling world premiere! A new Opera based on classic American literature. One night only in NYC! |
| March 28-30, 2025: The Mighty Casey Get ready for Opening Day when we present William Schuman’s The Mighty Casey, based on the famous 19th century poem and hero’s tale, Casey at the Bat. In true LOOC fashion, we’re presenting this with a twist, for Women’s History Month. This is a uniquely immersive musical story the whole family will love! |

| BECOME A SEASON TICKET HOLDER This season we are taking advantage of the gorgeous facilities at OC Music & Dance, and all of our Main Stage Productions will be at our home in Irvine, located close to the 405 and 55, near John Wayne Airport, and Segerstrom Center. This intimate 100-seat theatre offers operatic performances unlike you’ve ever experienced, and fills up fast, so we are offering a limited number of Season Tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Season Ticket Holders will receive two (2) reserved front row seats (or best available) to one performance of each Irvine based production listed above, two (2) complimentary tickets to one of our new Voices & Vino events (3 dates TBA), and special acknowledgment as Artist Sponsors for an artist or role of their choice in the season! The Yellow Wallpaper World Premiere is not included in this subscription, but a travel package may be available later in the fall.
